Having recently launched their Ambassador program, Activist’s founder and team were busy setting it up for success. defining processes, systems and KPIs around the program.

Allison approached our team to provide consulting services – over a 12-week period, we defined processes, shared systems and developed KPIs around the program.

Furthermore, we trained the team to interact with ambassadors in a manner that inspired loyalty and continual engagement.
